PROGRAM - GENERAL

• Unless otherwise noted, Administrative Board Meetings and General Meetings will be held in Mitchell Hall, First Presbyterian Church, 600 North Brady Street, Dearborn, on the 2nd Monday of each month, September through June.
  
  
• Administrative Board meetings will begin promptly at 10:00 am. Administrative Board (business) meetings are open to all members. Minutes of each meeting will be available for review the following month. Items to be included on the agenda must be submitted in advance to Vice Presidents.
  
  
• Unless otherwise noted, General Meetings will begin promptly at 12:00 noon. It is suggested that members plan to arrive no later than 11:30 am. Refreshments (coffee, tea and dessert) will be served, and members are encouraged to bring a sandwich or salad and have lunch with friends before the meeting.
  
  
• Exhibits and information of value to members will be available at the entrance to Mitchell Hall. Members are encouraged to stop by the information table and take time to observe the artistic, horticultural and special exhibits.
  
  
• Unless otherwise noted, Horticulture Therapy (formerly Garden Therapy) will be held at the Oakwood Common Skilled Nursing Center, 16351 Rotunda Drive, Dearborn on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 9:45 am.
  
  
• Unless otherwise noted, Workshops will be held at the McFadden-Ross Historical Museum, 915 Brady, Dearborn, on the 2nd Thursday of each month, September through May.
  
  
• Consult your Garden Gate and Garden Club Newsletter for addresses and times of District 1 and MGC (State) functions as well as other important notices concerning programs.
